By accessing and using Uniformity ("the Service"), operated by Murphy Sports Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Uniformity is a free daily sports trivia game. Each day, new puzzles are generated for the NHL, NFL, NBA, and MLB. Users attempt to identify professional athletes based on their team and jersey number. The Service includes optional user accounts for tracking scores and participating in leaderboards.
USER ACCOUNTS
You may use Uniformity without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that disrupts the experience for other users.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in a way that disrupts normal operation
- Manipulate leaderboards, scores, or game results through dishonest means
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that host it

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Uniformity name, logo, and original game design are the property of Murphy Sports Group. Team names, logos, and player information are the property of their respective leagues and teams and are used for informational and entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
ADVERTISING
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These advertisements help support the free operation of Uniformity. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the game.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Player data and game results are provided for entertainment purposes and may contain inaccuracies.
